The Philadelphia Alternative Comic Con is not your mother’s comic con.  More accurately, it is not your acne-ridden, Dragons-and-Dungeons-loving, older cousin’s comic con. There are no women parading around in Xena: Warrior Princess or Buffy the Vampire Slayer get-ups. There is no trace of a Pokemon or a Stan Lee concoction in sight.
