Off to Portland, Maine

This weekend I will be off to Portland, Maine where I am an Artist-in-Residence at the Quimby Colony. I have never been to Maine, and what better time to make my introduction than the fall season. Oh, the colors… In addition to lecturing at the local universities and art academies, I also plan to enjoy lob-stah, explore forests and maybe make a few new friends. Other than that, I will be hard at work on a secret project. Here’s a hint: It’s a comic. And it’s a doozy.

Quimby Colony: ACCEPTED

Just got the news:

Congratulations! The Review Committee has completed the application review process, and Quimby Colony is delighted to welcome you, and support your work, and ideas in the near future.”

Come this October, and the Spring/Summer of 2012, I will be an Artist-in-Residence to the Quimby Colony in beautiful Portland, Maine.
