Employee assistance programs (EAPs) are a wellness benefit separate from a person’s primary health insurance plan. They offer confidential short-term mental health support for employees — from anxiety and depression to everyday stressors like caregiving and work-life balance. I currently accept the following EAP programs:

  • Optum Emotional Wellbeing Solution (Premium EAP)
  • Optum Live & Work Well (EAP)
  • Cigna Confide Enhanced EAP
  • Aetna Resources for Living EAP

If you are out-of-network and would still like to use your current insurance, your provider may offer some or all reimbursement through the use of a “Super Bill” to process your claim. To get your superbills reimbursed, you or your provider has to file an out-of-network claim with your insurer. If you do not have one of the insurance plans above, please use the “Check your coverage” link below, or contact me and I can check if I am in-network with your plan.

Add your insurance information to estimate your per-session cost or copay.
